Orders: By placing an order, you confirm the information provided is accurate and that

you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.

Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the

right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before

charging a corrected amount.

Product variation: Feathers are a natural product. Slight variation in size, pattern, or color

between what’s shown and what arrives should be expected — this is a mark of authenticity,

not a defect, and is not grounds for a return under our Refund Policy.

Custom & wholesale orders: Custom dye orders and wholesale/bulk orders may be subject

to minimum quantities, longer processing times, and are confirmed by quote before

payment is taken.

Certificates: Compliance and export certificates are optional add-ons purchased separately and are the buyer’s responsibility to determine

whether they’re required for their shipment.

Limitation of liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use of our products.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
