Hat Pin HP '28'

The Hat Pin is made using Turkey Marabou, Guinea (Polka Dot), Ringneck “Hearts” and Coque Saddle Feathers.
The feathers are individually selected, cut to size, placed together before wrapping them at the base with a special adhesive tape.
Unit offered is 1 piece.
